Today eight children received their Independence Certificates from Mrs Russell. They are very proud of their achievement.

Leadership Week
As part of Leadership Week a group of Year 6 students from Room 15 came to work with Room 29 children.
The older and younger children shared stories together. The older children entertained us with singing, then they taught the Room 29 children the Hot Cross Bun song with actions.

Leadership Week
Samadiana and Elise are school leaders. Today they came to Room 29 to talk about Sir Peter Blake, leadership, co-operating with others and being part of a team.
The girls helped the children on a colouring and word search activity they had for them.

100 Days of School
Today is day number 94 and the children had fun decorating their t-shirts ready for the 100 day celebration.
It was great to have Jacob, Emily and Amelia join us. They are starting school after the holidays and will now be ready with their t-shirts.

Jordan's First Day at School
Jordan worked carefully on a maths activity where he matched Teddy Bear numerals and sets.
Chad's First Day at School
Chad found a library book he liked when the class was reading after lunch.
