Making Butter

The Owls Reading group read a book about how to make butter. They followed the instructions in the book and made their own butter.

Making Butter 

Pour in the cream.

Add a little bit of salt. 

Kyan shook and shook. 

Tayla shook and shook.  

Rafferty shook and shook. 

Check. Is it butter yet? No. Keep shaking. 

Shake and shake and shake. Check again. Yes.

 Now we have butter and buttermilk. 

Spread some butter on the crackers. 

Taste test. Yum!
